Our People
Mica Pang, Managing Director
Mr. Mica Pang holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration in Finance, Cass, London. Mica has over 40 years of experience in assurance and advisory services to clients in the private sector and served as an independent non-executive director and chairman of the audit committee of a listed company in Hong Kong. He was also a member of the Insider Dealing tribunal and has several years of experience as a company secretary in a listed company in Hong Kong.
Mica is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Certified General Accountant and a member of Chartered Institute of Taxation Advisors, Certified Tax Advisors.
Billy Liu, Director
Mr. Billy Liu is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong. He also holds Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.

Billy has over 30 years of experience in assurance and taxation. He has accumulated considerable audit experience which includes PCAOB audit for clients listed in the USA, listed companies in Hong Kong and China, private companies in various industries and non-profit group organisation in Hong Kong.
